Esalen® Massage
Experience the style of massage that helped me discover how good my body could feel.
Esalen combines long, flowing strokes, gentle rocking, stretching, and joint movement - supporting your nervous system and your body's natural ability to heal. This isn't traditional massage that works on the body. This is a moving meditation that works with your body, helping you reconnect with your natural rhythms while tension and stress gently soften.
Each session is customized to your comfort and needs, and is guided by presence, mindfulness, and connection. I create a safe, restorative space where you can fully let go and return to balance, calm, and wholeness.

Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
While my heart is in Esalen, I also offer Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques for those seeking more traditional bodywork.
What "deep tissue" actually means:
Deep tissue isn't about applying maximum pressure - it's about working methodically through layers of muscle and fascia to reach deeper tissue. Using specific techniques and a "gently firm" pressure (medium-firm on most scales), I sink into muscles as they soften, inviting release rather than forcing it.
Even in this work, I prioritize nervous system regulation. When your body feels safe, muscles let go more easily - meaning we can achieve deeper work without the "no pain, no gain" approach that often causes more harm than relief.

Floating Hammock Nervous System Regulation®

Floating Hammock Massage is a fully-clothed form of bodywork using gentle hammock manipulation, breathwork, and eye movement patterns to rewire the body’s stress response and support homeostasis. The subtle compression and traction along the spine create a sensation of floating - a profound nervous system reset. This work is for those seeking to increase nervous system resilience and manage stress more effectively.

Guided breathwork in the Cloud Hammock to drop into deep presence, followed by clothed table work targeting your areas of need.
